SOC FUNDAMENTALS CERTIFICATION
About This Course
Security Operations Canters (SOCs) form the first line of defence against cyber threats. As organizations move toward 24×7 monitoring, threat detection, and rapid incident response, SOC professionals are in extremely high demand.
This course prepares learners to understand how real SOCs operate, how attacks are detected in real time, and how incidents are investigated, escalated, and resolved using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Real-World Need & Global Trends
- Over 70% of organizations have experienced a security incident requiring SOC intervention (IBM X-Force).
- Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) breaches without SOC monitoring exceeds 200 days.
- The global SOC market is projected to grow at 14% CAGR through 2028.
- Entry-level SOC roles (L1/L2 Analysts) are among the fastest-growing cybersecurity jobs worldwide.

This course is incredible. Beside the quiz sessions, the Admins may want to consider incorporating some interactive sessions in the modules just to ensure learners are being carried along.
It's good but quite underwhelming as every module is just in these poster-like infotainment but overall it gives good knowledge for me to have the foundation of SOC, thank you very much
